Terms of Use

1. Agreement

Liper is provided by CodeCrew360 (“we”, “us”). Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) and by these Terms, which add to it. If they conflict about your license to use the app, the Standard EULA applies. By using Liper, you agree to both.

2. What Liper offers

Liper lets you browse a collection of live wallpapers, turn your own videos into Live Photo wallpapers, and save them to your Photos library. Liper is free to use with ads. An optional Liper Supporter subscription removes ads.

3. Our wallpapers

The wallpapers in Liper’s collection are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to save them and use them as wallpapers on your own devices. You may not sell, redistribute, re-upload or publish them, include them in other apps or wallpaper services, or use them to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

4. Your videos and creations

Videos you choose and the wallpapers you make from them remain yours. They are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos you use, and for not using Liper to create unlawful content or to infringe anyone else’s rights.

5. Liper Supporter subscription

• Liper Supporter is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. Its current price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• The subscription removes ads in Liper. It does not unlock extra content; every wallpaper and feature is available to all users.

6. Advertising

Free use of Liper is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads come from third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers’ content, products or services. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising uses information.

7. Acceptable use

Please don’t copy, modify or reverse engineer the app; bypass its ads or subscription; access our server other than through the app; collect or scrape the wallpaper collection; or place excessive load on our server.

8. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove wallpapers and features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. How Live Photos move on the Lock Screen depends on your iPhone model, iOS version and settings such as Low Power Mode, which are outside our control.

9. Disclaimer

Liper is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Liper. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Liper at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to our server for anyone who breaks these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Liper after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
