Email us and a real person from the Liper team will reply, usually within two business days. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened.
Save a wallpaper from Liper. It’s added to Photos as a Live Photo.
Open the iPhone Settings app, go to Wallpaper, then tap Add New Wallpaper.
Choose Photos and pick your new Live Photo (it’s the most recent one).
Make sure the Live Photo button is on, then tap Add and choose Set as Wallpaper Pair, or customize your Home Screen separately.

My wallpaper doesn’t move
Motion plays when you wake your iPhone, on iOS 17 or later. The Home Screen always shows a still image.
Check that the Live Photo button was on when you added the wallpaper. Edit the wallpaper to turn it on.
Low Power Mode pauses Live Photo motion. Turn it off in Settings › Battery.
How motion plays can vary with your iPhone model and iOS version.
Saving to Photos doesn’t work
Allow Liper to add photos: open Settings › Apps › Liper › Photos and choose an option other than None.
Make sure your iPhone has free storage, and that you’re online when saving a wallpaper from the collection.
Wallpapers you create are kept in My Creations, so if saving fails you can try again from the Create tab.
Creating your own
Are my videos uploaded?
No. Videos you choose are converted on your iPhone and never leave it.
Where are the wallpapers I made?
Open the Create tab and look under My Creations. You can replay, save again or delete each one there.
Tips for the best result
Portrait videos fill the screen best; landscape videos can be framed by dragging.
Videos recorded at 60 fps move most smoothly. On supported iPhones, Smooth Motion creates the missing frames for 30 fps videos.
Gentle, continuous motion such as waves, smoke, hair or light makes the most beautiful wallpapers.
Ads and Liper Supporter
Why is there an ad before saving?
Liper is made by a small team, and ads pay for the servers and the time it takes to create new wallpapers. Watching a short ad lets you save for free.
How do I remove ads?
Become a Liper Supporter from the Support button on the Home tab or from Settings. While your subscription is active, Liper shows no ads and saves instantly.
I subscribed, but I still see ads
Open the Liper Supporter screen and tap Restore, using the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Liper. You can also use Settings › Manage subscription in Liper. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Where consent is required, you can change it in Liper under Settings › Ad privacy choices.
